This website does not use accounts, does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not store the information you type into our forms. The appointment request form simply opens your own email program with a message addressed to us; nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Email and phone

If you email or call us, we use what you share only to respond to you and to schedule or provide our services. We do not sell your information.

Third-party services

Our contact page shows a map provided by Google Maps. Google may collect information under its own privacy policy when the map loads. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and reliability.

Health information

Please do not send detailed medical information through email. Information about your care is handled in our office.
